IETI Moratuwa Full-Time Courses – Applications Open for July 2025 Intake

The Industrial Engineering Training Institute (IETI), Moratuwa, under the NAITA, has announced the opening of applications for its 2025 Full-Time Courses. The institute offers a range of technical and vocational training courses designed to equip young individuals with the skills required for various industries.

The programs cover diverse fields such as Electronics, Electrical Work, Construction, ICT, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Welding, Draughtsmanship, Print Finishing, Carpentry, and Plumbing, among others. These courses are designed to align with the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) framework, ensuring students gain industry-recognized certifications.

1. Electronics Craftsman (Special)
   • Fee: LKR 150,000 | Duration: 3 years
   • Covers PLC, microcontrollers, solar power systems, and more.
2. Electrician (Special)
   • Fee: LKR 150,000 | Duration: 3 years
   • Focuses on industrial electrical systems and mechatronics.
3. Construction Supervisor
   • Fee: LKR 100,000 | Duration: 1.5 years
   • Includes surveying, AutoCAD, and construction management.
4. Quantity Surveying Assistant
   • Fee: LKR 50,000 | Duration: 1 year
   • Training in BOQ preparation and bidding documents.
5. Draughtsperson
   • Fee: LKR 80,000 | Duration: 1.5 years
   • Covers architectural drawings and AutoCAD.
