Court Clerk Grade III Limited Exam 2025: Results, Cut-Off Marks & Interview Notice
The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has officially published the cut-off marks and results list for the Limited Competitive Examination for Recruitment to the Post of Court Clerk (Sinhala/Tamil) Grade III in the Judicial Management Assistant Service of Scheduled Public Officers – 2025. The official notification, signed by Secretary Prasanna Alwis on 05 November 2026, sets the qualifying cut-off mark at 109 marks, provided candidates have scored 40 or more in each individual paper.
Candidates securing 109 marks or above (serial numbers 01 to 610 in the results register) are called for the interview on 21 November 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Colombo High Court Complex.
Mandatory Documents to Produce at the Interview
- Birth Certificate
- National Identity Card (NIC)
- Educational certificates and other qualifications
- Letter of first appointment up to current appointment and service confirmation letters (excluding casual/temporary appointments)
- Certificate confirming passing of the Efficiency Bar (EB) examinations
- Details of salary increments earned by the employee since first appointment
- Service certificate detailing active and satisfactory service
- Certification confirming required service period:
- Permanent employee in Court Binder Service with 03 years of active and satisfactory service; OR
- Permanent employee in Court Binder Service with 05 years of active and satisfactory service including Court Office Employee Service; OR
- Permanent employee in Judicial Office Employee Service (Minor Staff / Messenger / Process Server / Fiscal Peon / Record Keeper / Court Security) with 05 years of active and satisfactory service.
අධිකරණ ලිපිකරු III ශ්රේණිය (සීමිත) විභාග ප්රතිඵල සහ සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණ කැඳවීම – 2025
උපලේඛනගත රජයේ නිලධරයන්ගේ සේවාවේ අධිකරණ කළමනාකරණ සහකාර සේවයේ අධිකරණ ලිපිකරු (සිංහල/දෙමළ) III ශ්රේණියට බඳවා ගැනීමේ සීමිත තරඟ විභාගයේ කඩඉම් ලකුණු මට්ටම සහ සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයට කැඳවීම අධිකරණ සේවා කොමිෂන් සභාව මඟින් නිවේදනය කර ඇත.
- කඩඉම් ලකුණ: සෑම විෂයකටම ලකුණු 40 ක් හෝ ඊට වැඩියෙන් ලබාගෙන මුළු ලකුණු 109 ක් හෝ ඊට ඉහළින් ලබාගත් අයදුම්කරුවන් (අනු අංක 01 සිට 610 දක්වා).
- සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණ දිනය සහ ස්ථානය: 2026 නොවැම්බර් 21 දින පෙ.ව. 09.00 ට කොළඹ මහාධිකරණ පරිශ්රයේදී පැවැත්වේ.
- ලේඛන රැගෙන ඒම: උපැන්න, ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත, පත්වීම් ලිපි, සේවා සහතික, වැටුප් වර්ධක විස්තර ඇතුළු සියලුම ලේඛනවල මුල් පිටපත් සහ සහතික කළ ඡායාපිටපත් රැගෙන ආ යුතුය.

நீதிச் சேவை ஆணைக்குழுவினால் நடாத்தப்பட்ட நீதிமன்ற முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர் சேவையின் நீதிமன்ற எழுதுவினைஞர் தரம் III இற்கான வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட போட்டிப் பரீட்சையின் வெட்டுப்புள்ளி விபரங்கள் மற்றும் நேர்முகப் பரீட்சை அழைப்பு உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- வெட்டுப்புள்ளி: ஒவ்வொரு பாடத்திலும் 40 இற்கு குறையாது மொத்தமாக 109 அல்லது அதற்கு மேல் புள்ளிகளைப் பெற்ற விண்ணப்பதாரிகள் (வரிசை இலக்கம் 01 முதல் 610 வரை).
- நேர்முகப் பரீட்சைத் திகதி மற்றும் இடம்: 2026 நவம்பர் 21 ஆம் திகதி மு.ப. 09.00 மணிக்கு கொழும்பு மேல் நீதிமன்ற வளாகத்தில் நடைபெறும்.
- தேவையான ஆவணங்கள்: பிறப்புச் சான்றிதழ், தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை, நியமனக் கடிதங்கள் மற்றும் சேவைச் சான்றிதழ்களின் மூலப் பிரதிகள் மற்றும் உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பிரதிகளை எடுத்துச் செல்லுதல் வேண்டும்.
