கொழும்புப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கலைப்பீடத்திலுள்ள சனத்தொகையியல் திணைக்களத்தினால் நடாத்தப்படும் சனத்தொகையியல் (Demography) தொடர்பான தத்துவமாணி (MPhil) மற்றும் கலாநிதி (PhD) பட்டப் படிப்புகளுக்கான புதிய பதிவுகள் ஆரம்பமாகியுள்ளன. ஆங்கில மொழி மூலத்தில் நடாத்தப்படும் இக்கற்கைநெறிகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க விரும்புவோர் 2026 நவம்பர் 30 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் இணையவழியாக விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.

Eligibility Criteria
1. MPhil in Demography (Duration: 2 Years)
- Two-year Master’s degree with coursework and research or research in a relevant discipline; OR
- One-year Master’s degree with experience and/or research in a relevant field; OR
- Bachelor’s Honours degree in the relevant field or related subject with a First Class pass with experience and/or research; OR
- Bachelor’s Honours degree in the relevant field or related subject with a Second Class Upper Division pass with publications and/or work experience and research in the relevant field.
2. PhD in Demography (Duration: 3 Years)
- MPhil degree in a relevant field where the study programme is not less than two years full-time or equivalent part-time duration; OR
- Registered as a candidate for the degree of MPhil in the Faculty of Arts, pursued the approved programme of research for a minimum of one year, and presented the prescribed chapter to the satisfaction of an expert panel appointed by the Higher Degrees Committee of the Faculty of Arts (upgrading route).
