📋 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for these cadetships, candidates must meet the following general criteria:
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Age: Between 18 and 22 years old as of December 31, 2025.
- Marital Status: Must be unmarried.
- Educational Background:
- Must have appeared for the 2024 or 2025 G.C.E. A/L examination (MBBS applicants must be from the 2025 A/L batch).
- Must be eligible for university admission in Sri Lanka.
- Must have passed the G.C.E. A/L Common General Test (Minimum 30 Marks).
- English Language: Minimum Credit (C) pass in G.C.E. O/L (A “B” pass is required for the TESOL programme).
💰 Benefits & Remuneration
Officer Cadets receive a comprehensive benefits package during their training:
- Monthly Salary: Approximately LKR 105,000 (including ration and allowances).
