To ensure equal educational opportunities and encourage students to complete 13 years of guaranteed education, the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education is implementing the “Gift Voucher Program to Provide a Pair of Footwear for Selected School Students, Lay and Clergy Students in Pirivenas, and Seela Mathas for the Year 2027.”
Under this nationwide initiative, footwear vouchers or direct supplies will be provided to students in schools with less than 250 students island-wide, estate schools with less than 500 students, special education schools, and student monks/nuns across pirivenas and silmatha institutions. Registration for local manufacturers and footwear dealers opens on November 03, 2026.

අධ්යාපන, උසස් අධ්යාපන සහ වෘත්තීය අධ්යාපන අමාත්යාංශය මඟින් දිවයින පුරා සිසුන් 250ට අඩු පාසල්, සිසුන් 500ට අඩු වතු පාසල්, විශේෂ අවශ්යතා සහිත පාසල් සහ පිරිවෙන්වල ගිහි-පැවිදි සිසුන් හා සීලමාතාවන් සඳහා 2027 වර්ෂය වෙනුවෙන් පාසල් පාවහන් යුගලක් ලබාදීමේ වැඩසටහන ක්රියාත්මක කෙරේ. වෙළෙඳසැල් හිමියන් සහ දේශීය නිෂ්පාදකයින් සඳහා ලියාපදිංචිය 2026 නොවැම්බර් 03 වන දින “තිළිණපත්” (Thilinapath) App එක ඔස්සේ ආරම්භ වේ. තිළිණපතක වටිනාකම රු. 3,000/- කි.

கல்வி, உயர் கல்வி மற்றும் தொழிற்கல்வி அமைச்சினால் 250 இற்கும் குறைவான மாணவர்களைக் கொண்ட பாடசாலைகள், 500 இற்கும் குறைவான மாணவர்களைக் கொண்ட பெருந்தோட்டப் பாடசாலைகள், விசேட தேவையுடைய மாணவர்களின் பாடசாலைகள் மற்றும் பிரிவேனாக்களின் மாணவர்களுக்காக காலணிகளைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கான அன்பளிப்புப் பத்திரத் திட்டம் 2027 நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. உள்ளூர் உற்பத்தியாளர்கள் மற்றும் வியாபாரிகளுக்கான பதிவு 2026 நவம்பர் 03 ஆம் திகதி ஆரம்பமாகிறது. அன்பளிப்புப் பத்திரத்தின் பெறுமதி ரூ. 3,000/- ஆகும்.

Information Required for Dealer Registration
- Business Registration Certificate: Valid certificate issued by the relevant authority.
- Bank Account Details: Official bank account details opened in the name of the registered business or business owner.
- Registered Mobile Number: The operational mobile number used to operate the application.
- Registration Fee: A registration payment of Rs. 2,000.00 settled via the mobile app.
- QR Scanning Device: A working smartphone equipped with a camera to scan the QR code printed on the footwear gift vouchers.
