- Immediate Execution: Transfers without a specific future effective date must be implemented immediately.

- No Individual Notices: Decisions will not be conveyed individually to teachers via post or personal notifications.
- Appeals to Administrative Tribunal: Any officer dissatisfied with the ruling may lodge an appeal with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in accordance with statutory provisions.
- Binding Status of Orders: Issued transfer orders remain in full force and must be executed continuously until a final decision is delivered by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
- Assumption of Duties: Transferred teachers are required to report and assume duties at their newly assigned stations on the specified dates.
- Finality of Decisions: Re-submitted requests or fresh appeals regarding transfers already decided by the Public Service Commission will strictly not be entertained.

ශ්රී ලංකා ගුරු සේවයේ ජාතික පාසල් ගුරුවරුන්ගේ 2025 (2026) වාර්ෂික ස්ථාන මාරු නියෝගයන්ට එරෙහිව රාජ්ය සේවා කොමිෂන් සභාව වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද අභියාචනා පිළිබඳ තීරණ 2026 නොවැම්බර් 04 දිනැතිව නිල වශයෙන් ප්රකාශයට පත් කර ඇත.
- නිශ්චිත දිනයක් සඳහන් කර නොමැති ස්ථාන මාරු වහාම ක්රියාත්මක කළ යුතුය.
- නිශ්චිත දිනයක් දක්වා ඇති ස්ථාන මාරු එම දිනයේ සිට අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම ක්රියාත්මක විය යුතුය.
- තීරණ පිළිබඳව එක් එක් නිලධාරියා වෙත වෙන වෙනම දැනුම් දීමක් සිදු නොකෙරේ.
- තීරණයකින් අතෘප්තියට පත්වන නිලධාරීන්ට පරිපාලන අභියාචන විනිශ්චය අධිකාරිය වෙත අභියාචනයක් ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකි වුවද, අවසන් තීරණයක් ලැබෙන තෙක් නිකුත් කර ඇති ස්ථාන මාරු නියෝගය අඛණ්ඩව ක්රියාත්මක විය යුතුය.
- රාජ්ය සේවා කොමිෂන් සභාව විසින් දැනටමත් තීරණ ලබා දී ඇති ස්ථාන මාරු පිළිබඳව නැවත ඉදිරිපත් කරන ඉල්ලීම් සලකා බලනු නොලැබේ.

இலங்கை ஆசிரியர் சேவையைச் சேர்ந்த தேசிய பாடசாலை ஆசிரியர்களின் 2025 (2026) வருடாந்த இடமாற்ற உத்தரவுகளுக்கு எதிராகப் பொதுச் சேவை ஆணைக்குழுவிற்கு சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்ட மேன்முறையீடுகள் தொடர்பான தீர்மானங்கள் 2026 நவம்பர் 04 ஆம் திகதியன்று உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன.

- தீர்மானத்தில் திருப்தியடையாத உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் நிர்வாக மேன்முறையீட்டு நியாயசபையில் மேன்முறையீடு செய்யலாம்; எனினும் இறுதித் தீர்மானம் கிடைக்கும் வரை இடமாற்ற உத்தரவு நடைமுறையில் இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
- ஏற்கனவே தீர்மானம் வழங்கப்பட்ட இடமாற்றங்கள் தொடர்பாக மீண்டும் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் கோரிக்கைகள் பொதுச் சேவை ஆணைக்குழுவினால் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட மாட்டாது.
