Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Service Grade III Exam Postponed to January 2027
The Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka, has issued an official special notice regarding the Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Grade III of the Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Service – 2026. According to Commissioner General of Examinations A.K.S. Indika Kumari Liyanage, the competitive examination originally scheduled to be held on 15 November 2026 has been officially postponed.
With the concurrence of the Public Service Commission (PSC), the written examination is now rescheduled to take place on 24 January 2027. All eligible applicants who have submitted their applications are requested to take note of this updated date for their preparation and logistical arrangements.
