Colombo: The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) has announced the commencement of applications for the BA (Hons) in Library and Information Studies (2025/2026) intake. This undergraduate program is designed to equip students with knowledge and skills in library and information sciences, offering both online and physical academic activities.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for direct registration, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Passed A/L with three subjects in any stream or completed a foundation course from OUSL or a recognized institution.
- Higher Diploma Holders with at least 60 credits in Library and Information Science from a recognized institution or an equivalent qualification approved by the Senate of OUSL.
