G.C.E. உயர்தர சான்றிதழின் மூலப்பிரதி (Z மதிப்பெண் உட்பட) கட்டாயமாக சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

The candidates listed in the uploaded list (linked below) have been selected for registration to the National Diploma in Technology (NDT) – 2025/2026 intake, Round I – Session II. Candidates who wish to accept the offer must be present in person to handover the duly filled forms (uploaded in the same link) along with originals of the required documents at ITUM on 4th August 2026.

- School Leaving Certificate
- G.C.E. Advanced Level Certificate including the Z-score (Compulsory)
- Birth Certificate
- Character Certificate recently obtained from the principal of the last attended school
- Four (04) copies of recently obtained photographs (5cm × 6cm), signed by the candidate and attested by a Justice of Peace or the school principal on the back
- Two (02) copies of recently obtained photographs (2.4cm × 3.6cm) with a light blue background
Note: If originals of documents 1, 3, and 4 are not available at the time of registration, candidates may need to justify this with a valid reason.
⚠️ Important Notices
- Registering for this course makes you ineligible to register for or follow any other course at any government University/Higher Educational Institution (HEI) at the same time. The UGC will be informed to verify registration status with other HEIs.
- Any deviation found between submitted information and original documents during verification will result in the registration not being confirmed, under any circumstances.
- Registration is subject to UGC verification of prior registration at other government universities. If a candidate is found to have registered elsewhere in previous academic years, the NDT 2025/2026 registration at ITUM will be cancelled immediately.
- The field of study offered will not be changed for candidates selected for their first preference.
- Documents 1, 2, 3, and 4 will not be returned under any circumstances during the course of study at ITUM — keep certified copies for your own records.
