(சா/தர) பரீட்சையில் 2 திறமைச்சித்திகள் உட்பட 6 பாடங்களில் சித்தியடைந்த 18 – 45 வயதுக்குட்பட்டவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். பூர்த்தி செய்த விண்ணப்பங்கள் 2026 நவம்பர் 20 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் பதிவாளர் நாயகத்திற்கு பதிவுத் தபாலில் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Salary Scale & Service Conditions
- Salary Code: PL-1-2025.
- Monthly Salary Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 10×450 – 10×490 – 10×540 – 12×590 – Rs. 61,880/- (Paid in accordance with Public Administration Circular 10/2025 from 2027.01.01; computed as per Schedule III until then).
- Service Category: Primary Non-Technical service category. Duties include key handling, moving files and correspondence, office cleaning support, operating photocopying and fax machines, and institutional support assignments.
- Tenure & Pension: Permanent and pensionable. Contribution to the Widows’ and Orphans’ / Widowers’ and Orphans’ Pension (W&OP) Scheme is mandatory.
- Probation & Station Bond: Subject to a 3-year probation period and must serve a compulsory minimum of 03 years at the initial station before being eligible for a transfer.
- Official Language Requirement: Must acquire proficiency in the other official language in terms of Public Administration Circular 18/2020.
Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years as of the closing date (November 20, 2026). The upper age limit does not apply to candidates currently holding permanent pensionable posts in the public service.
- Educational Qualifications: Must have passed in six (06) subjects with at least two (02) credit passes (Credit / Distinction) in not more than two sittings at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
- Physical & Moral Fitness: Must possess sound character and adequate physical and mental fitness to perform duties in any part of the island.
