The Commissioner General of Examinations, A.K.S. Indika Kumari Liyanage, announced that the results of the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination held today (10) are expected to be released before September 20.
This year’s examination was conducted at 2,787 centers across the country, with a total of 307,951 candidates sitting for the paper. Among them were 901 students with special needs, including 12 candidates who answered using Braille scripts.
Liyanage emphasized that the Department of Examinations will take all necessary measures to release the results promptly, ensuring authorities have sufficient time to process them and take the required follow-up actions.
