G.C.E. A/L Technology Stream Admission – Zahira College

Colombo – Zahira College, one of Sri Lanka’s premier educational institutions for boys, has announced that applications are now open for the 2025–2027 G.C.E. Advanced Level Technology Stream. The programme will be available in English, Sinhala, and Tamil mediums, and is open to students of all languages, religions, and ethnicities who have excelled in the 2024 G.C.E. (O/L) Examination.

Interviews for both internal and external candidates will be held on Thursday, 14th August 2025 at the college’s Ghaffoor Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Applicants must attend in school uniform with a proper haircut and be accompanied by their parents.

Required documents include:

• Birth Certificate (original & copy)
• Student’s National Identity Card (original & copy)
• Parents’ NIC copies
• Certified O/L result sheet (original & copy)
• Sports/CCA certificates (original & copies)

A full scholarship covering admission fees is available for high-achieving students. External candidates must have more than seven “A” passes including “A” for Mathematics and Science, while internal candidates require more than six “A” passes including “A” for Mathematics and Science to qualify.
