Ministry of Education Calls Applications for Primary Services EB Examination 2025 (I)

The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has officially invited applications from employees serving in the Primary Non-Skilled and Primary Semi-Skilled service categories for the Efficiency Bar Examination – 2025 (I). Official calling circulars, specimen application forms, and detailed syllabi have been released in both Sinhala and Tamil mediums.

Eligible candidates must complete the prescribed application form, get it formally certified by their Zonal Director of Education or Head of the Institution/Dean against personal files, and upload a clear scanned copy or photograph to the official Google Form portal.

අධ්‍යාපන, උසස් අධ්‍යාපන සහ වෘත්තීය අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය යටතේ සේවයේ නියුතු ප්‍රාථමික ශිල්පීය නොවන සේවක ගණයේ සහ ප්‍රාථමික අර්ධ ශිල්පීය සේවක ගණයේ නිලධාරීන් වෙනුවෙන් 2025 (I) කාර්යක්ෂමතා කඩඉම් පරීක්ෂණය සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. නියමිත ආකෘති පත්‍රය සම්පූර්ණ කර, කලාප අධ්‍යාපන අධ්‍යක්ෂ හෝ පීඨාධිපති මඟින් සහතික කරවාගෙන, එම සහතික කළ අයදුම්පත Scan පිටපතක් ලෙස Google Form ඔස්සේ යොමු කළ යුතුය.

கல்வி, உயர் கல்வி மற்றும் தொழிற்கல்வி அமைச்சினால் ஆரம்ப கைவினைத்திறனற்ற மற்றும் ஆரம்ப பகுதி கைவினைத்திறன் ஊழியர் தரங்களுக்கான வினைத்திறன்காண் தடைத்தாண்டல் பரீட்சை – 2025 (I) இற்காக விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. வலயக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் அல்லது நிறுவனத் தலைவரினால் உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பப்படிவத்தினை ஸ்கேன் செய்து உத்தியோகபூர்வ Google Form ஊடாகச் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.

Step-by-Step Application Procedure

1. Download the official application form (PDF) from the links below and print out a clean copy.
2. Fill in all required fields accurately in alignment with your personal employment file:
   • Full Name, Permanent Address, National Identity Card (NIC) number, Designation, and Contact Telephone Number.
   • Current Station of Service, relevant Zonal Education Office, and Province.
   • Date of initial appointment, appointment dates to Class II and Class I, and absorption details if applicable.
   • Details of previously passed Efficiency Bar examinations (Years of passing EB I, EB II, EB III).
   • The specific Efficiency Bar level applied for (EB I, EB II, or EB III) and the number of previous sittings.
3. Sign and date the applicant’s confirmation statement.
4. Submit the form to your Zonal Director of Education or Head of Institution / Dean to verify against your personal file and obtain their formal recommendation, signature, and official seal.
5. Prepare a clear digital scan (Scan Copy) or high-resolution photograph (Photo Image) of the fully endorsed and certified application form.
