The Eastern Provincial Education Authorities have officially released the Annual Teacher Transfer List 2026 – Eastern Province. This proposal outlines the annual transfers for teachers within the Eastern Province, a process finalized following review by the Teacher Transfer Council, which includes representatives from Eastern Province Teacher Trade Unions.
The transfers are intended to be implemented in 2026, contingent upon the availability of replacement teachers.
Appeal Process and Deadline
Teachers who have grievances regarding the transfer proposals are advised to submit their appeals before the deadline of December 22, 2025.
- Submission Method: Appeals must be prepared in the specified format and sent via registered post to the Provincial Department of Education through the respective Principal and Zonal Director of Education before the deadline.
- Endorsement: The top left corner of the envelope containing the appeal must clearly state: “Annual Teacher Transfer Appeal – 2026” along with the relevant serial number.
