ஊவா மாகாண அரச சேவையின் முகாமைத்துவ சேவை உத்தியோகத்தர் (MSO) சேவை தரம் III இற்கு ஆட்சேர்ப்புச் செய்வதற்கான மட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்ட போட்டிப் பரீட்சை – 2026 இற்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. ஊவா மாகாண சபையில் 5 வருட கால தொடர்ச்சியான நிரந்தர சேவையைக் கொண்ட உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் www.doenets.lk ஊடாக 2026 செப்டம்பர் 25 ஆம் திகதி பி.ப. 9.00 மணி வரை இணையவழியில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
In terms of Public Administration Circular 10/2025, the salary scale assigned under Salary Code: MN 2–2025 is:
Rs. 48,470 – 540×11 – 630×11 – 1,010×10 – 1,190×10 – Rs. 82,800/- per month
- Nature of Appointment: Permanent and pensionable, subject to a one-year probation period.
- Efficiency Bar (EB): Recruited officers must pass the 1st Efficiency Bar Examination within three (03) years of appointment.
Applicants must satisfy all of the following requirements on or before September 25, 2026:
- Current Employment: Must be confirmed public officers currently serving in the Uva Provincial Public Service drawing salaries under primary-level salary scales PL 1, PL 2, PL 3, or under MN 01 – 2025 (as per PA Circular 10/2025).
- Service Requirement: Must have completed a minimum of five (05) years of continuous, satisfactory, active service in a permanent appointment within the Uva Provincial Public Service. Any temporary, casual, or training periods will not be counted towards this 5-year period.
- Disciplinary Record: Must not have incurred any disciplinary punishments under PSC Circular 01/2026, certified by the Head of Department.
- Educational Qualifications: Passed at least six (06) subjects in the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) examination in not more than two sittings, with at least two (02) credit passes. The passes must include language (Sinhala, Tamil, or English) and Mathematics (or Arithmetic / Pure Mathematics / Commercial Arithmetic).
- Ineligibility / Exclusions: Temporary or casual staff, employees of statutory boards or authorities, semi-technical personnel, or grades that received specialized technical training (e.g., engineering/factory grades, Public Health Field Officers) are not eligible to apply.
The examination will be conducted in Sinhala, Tamil, and English mediums at centers in Badulla and Monaragala.

Candidates must obtain at least 40% for each paper and an overall aggregate mark of at least 50% to qualify. Selection will be made strictly in order of merit based on written exam scores, followed by a document verification interview (no marks awarded at interview).

- Fill out the digital application form in the English language only.
- Pay the examination fee of Rs. 600/- online via Credit/Debit Card, BOC Online Banking / BOC Flex App, or in cash at any Bank of Ceylon branch.
