South Eastern University: Bachelor of Information & Communication Technology (BICT External) Degree 2026
ශ්රී ලංකා අග්නිදිග විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ (SEUSL) බාහිර උපාධි හා වෘත්තීය අධ්යයන කේන්ද්රය (CEDPL) මඟින් මෙහෙයවනු ලබන තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණවේදී (BICT – General) බාහිර උපාධි පාඨමාලාව (2026) සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. උසස් පෙළ ඕනෑම විෂය ධාරාවකින් සමතුන්ට අයදුම් කළ හැකි අතර, සියලුම අයදුම්පත් 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 08 දිනට පෙර මාර්ගගතව (Online) ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
இலங்கை தென்கிழக்குப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் (SEUSL) வெளிவாரிப் பட்டங்கள் மற்றும் தொழில்சார் கற்கைகளுக்கான நிலையம் (CEDPL) தகவல் மற்றும் தொடர்பாடல் தொழினுட்பமாணி (BICT – General) வெளிவாரி பட்டப்படிப்பிற்கு தகுதியானவர்களிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்களை கோரியுள்ளது. எந்தவொரு உயர்தரப் பிரிவிலும் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். விண்ணப்பங்கள் அனைத்தும் 2026 ஒக்டோபர் 08 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் இணையவழியில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

1. G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L):
- At least three (03) passes in any subject stream in one sitting.
- A minimum mark of 30% in the Common General Paper.
- Candidates must have sat for the G.C.E. A/L Examination in 2024 or earlier (or hold SLQF Level-2 / equivalent qualification).
2. G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L):
- Six (06) passes obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Passes must include Sinhala or Tamil Language and English Language.
- Minimum of a Credit Pass (C) in Mathematics.
3. University Aptitude Test:
- Applicants must successfully sit for and pass the university-conducted aptitude test.
Admission to the degree programme is competitive and determined by:
- Z-Score Ranking
- Marks obtained in the University Aptitude Test
- Performance at the Selection Interview

- Fill out the digital application form accurately.
- Upload certified copies of your G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L certificates, along with any relevant identity documents.
- Submit the application before the final deadline of October 08, 2026.
