Ministry of Education: 2026 Annual Transfer List for Principals (Provincial to National Schools)
ශ්රී ලංකා විදුහල්පති සේවයේ පළාත් පාසල්වල සිට ජාතික පාසල් වෙත 2026 වාර්ෂික ස්ථාන මාරු සඳහා නිර්දේශිත 123 දෙනෙකුගෙන් යුත් නාමලේඛනය සහ ලකුණු ප්රමුඛතා ලේඛනය අධ්යාපන අමාත්යාංශය මඟින් නිකුත් කර ඇත. මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් විමසීම් හෝ විරෝධතා ඇත්නම් 2026 සැප්තැම්බර් 14 සිට 18 දක්වා බත්තරමුල්ල ඉසුරුපාය පිහිටි විදුහල්පති ශාඛාවට ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැක. වලංගු විරෝධතා නොමැති නම් මෙම මාරුවීම් 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 01 දින සිට ක්රියාත්මක වේ.
மாகாணப் பாடசாலைகளிலிருந்து தேசியப் பாடசாலைகளுக்கு இலங்கை அதிபர் சேவை உத்தியோகத்தர்களின் 2026 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான இடமாற்றப் பரிந்துரை பட்டியல் மற்றும் தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலை கல்வி அமைச்சு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. மொத்தம் 123 அதிபர்கள் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர். ஆட்சேபனைகள் அல்லது விசாரணைகள் இருப்பின், 2026 செப்டம்பர் 14 முதல் 18 வரை பத்தரமுல்லை இசுருபாய அதிபர் கிளையில் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம். ஆட்சேபனைகள் இல்லாவிடின், இடமாற்றங்கள் 2026 ஒக்டோபர் 01 முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வரும்.

- Seniority priority applied when multiple applicants contested a single vacancy.
- For officers appointed simultaneously via the same competitive examination, seniority was determined by the merit order of the examination (subsequent service confirmations or grade promotions were not considered).
- Allocations strictly prioritized first preferences (Preference 1), followed by second and third preferences based on seniority where vacancies remained.
- Submission of false or inaccurate appointment dates (specifically those appointed on 2023-11-16 who misstated appointment details).
- Failure to complete the mandatory 3-year provincial service requirement by 2026-06-30 due to non-assumption of duties in scheduled posts.
- Language medium mismatches (Tamil-medium officers applying for Sinhala-medium posts or vice versa).
- Grade disparities (Grade II/III officers applying for Grade I vacancies, or Grade I officers applying for Grade II/III vacancies).
- Officers who have already submitted applications to the Ministry seeking promotion to Grade I of the Principals Service.

Grounds for Inquiries: Officers may present written evidence if an applicant with lower seniority or lower merit rank has been selected for a school they applied for.
