The Ministry of Health and Mass Media has officially released the interview schedule for the second batch of candidates who applied for recruitment to Grade III of the Public Health Management Assistants’ (PHMA) Service through the Open Competitive Examination 2021 (2025).
According to the official notice issued on 05 June 2026, candidates who obtained merit positions from 247 to 483 in the competitive examination conducted by the Department of Examinations are called for interviews.

Important Information for Candidates
- Individual interview letters have been sent by registered post.
- Candidates whose names appear on the official list should attend the interview even if they have not yet received the postal letter.

- Applicants facing difficulties in obtaining required documents should bring a letter from the relevant Divisional Secretary along with an affidavit explaining the situation.
- Failure to produce required documents may affect eligibility for appointment.
