අනුරාධපුර ශ්රී ලංකා භික්ෂු විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ (BUSL) පශ්චාද් උපාධි, බාහිර උපාධි හා ප්රජාසත්කාර පාඨමාලා ඒකකය (UPEDEC) මඟින් පවත්වනු ලබන දර්ශනපති (MPhil) සහ ආචාර්ය උපාධි (PhD) පර්යේෂණ පාඨමාලා සඳහා පූජ්ය භික්ෂූන් වහන්සේලාගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. බෞද්ධ අධ්යයන ක්ෂේත්රයේ උසස් පර්යේෂණ නිපුණතා වර්ධනය කිරීම අරමුණු කරගත් මෙම වැඩසටහන් සඳහා විදේශීය භික්ෂූන් වහන්සේලා වෙනුවෙන් ශිෂ්යත්ව අවස්ථාද හිමිවේ.
அனுராதபுரத்திலுள்ள இலங்கை பிக்கு பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் (BUSL) பட்டப்பின்படிப்புக்கள், வெளிவாரிப் பட்டங்கள் மற்றும் விரிவாக்கல் கற்கைகள் பிரிவினால் (UPEDEC) பௌத்த பிக்குகளுக்காக நடாத்தப்படும் முது தத்துவமாணி (MPhil) மற்றும் கலாநிதி (PhD) கற்கைநெறிகளுக்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. பௌத்த ஆய்வுகள் தொடர்பான உயர்நிலை ஆய்வுகளை முன்னெடுக்கும் நோக்கில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள இக்கற்கைநெறிகளுக்கு சர்வதேச பௌத்த பிக்குகளுக்கான புலமைப்பரிசில்களும் வழங்கப்படவுள்ளன.
1. Master of Philosophy (MPhil) – Fulfill any one of the following:
- A Bachelor’s Honours / Special Degree at SLQF Level 6, with at least 30 credits in the relevant discipline; OR
- A Bachelor’s Honours / Special Degree at SLQF Level 6, with at least 30 credits in a related discipline, alongside passing a formal qualifying examination; OR
- A Bachelor’s Degree at SLQF Level 5 (with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale), supplemented by the completion of 30 credits equivalent to SLQF Level 6 in the relevant/related field and passing a qualifying examination; OR
- A qualification at SLQF Level 7 or above in the relevant field; OR
- An NVQ Level 7 qualification (with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale), together with 30 credits equivalent to SLQF Level 6 or 7 and passing a qualifying examination approved by the Senate; OR
- Any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Senate of BUSL, subject to a qualifying examination, interview, and the recommendation of the Higher Degree Committee.
2. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) – Fulfill any one of the following:
- A Master of Philosophy (MPhil) Degree at SLQF Level 11 in the relevant discipline; OR
- A Master’s Degree at SLQF Level 10 in the relevant field; OR
- A Bachelor’s Honours Degree at SLQF Level 6 with First Class Honours or a minimum GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale in the relevant field; OR
- Candidates registered for an MPhil at BUSL with a Bachelor’s Honours Degree at SLQF Level 6 may be upgraded to PhD candidature after at least one (01) year upon demonstrating exceptional research competence, subject to the evaluation of the Higher Degree Committee and approval of the Senate; OR
- Any other equivalent academic qualification recognized by the Senate of BUSL, subject to a qualifying examination, interview, and Higher Degree Committee recommendation.
