The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL), through its Department of Educational Leadership and Management (DELM), has announced the commencement of a Short Course on School Management (SCSM) aimed at strengthening leadership competencies within Sri Lanka’s education sector.
The programme is designed to support aspiring and serving education leaders in enhancing their managerial, administrative, and strategic leadership skills in school settings. The course aligns with current national priorities in educational reform and institutional effectiveness.
Who Can Apply?
Applications are invited from:
- Officers in the Sri Lanka Principal Service (SLPS) and Sri Lanka Teacher Service (SLTS)
- Officers in the Sri Lanka Educational Administrative Service (SLEAS)
- Other interested personnel serving in similar capacities within the education sector

- Mode: Fully Online
- Platform: Zoom-based interactive sessions
- Schedule: Selected weekends, 3 hours per day
