The Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of Kelaniya is now accepting applications for the Master of Arts – MA in Sinhala programme for the 2025 academic year.
This two-year postgraduate programme is designed to provide in-depth knowledge in the areas of Classical and Modern Sinhala Literature, Eastern and Western Literary Criticism, Sinhala Drama and Cinema, Sinhala Culture, Folklore and Architecture, Evolution of the Sinhala Language, as well as Traditional Grammar, Paleography, and Historical and Socio Linguistics.
