மேல் மாகாண அரச சேவையின் முகாமைத்துவ சேவை உத்தியோகத்தர் (MSO) சேவை தரம் III இற்கு ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்வதற்கான மட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்ட போட்டிப் பரீட்சை – 2026 இற்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. 82 வெற்றிடங்கள் காணப்படுவதுடன், ஆரம்ப நிலை (PL) அல்லது MN 1-2025 சம்பளக் குறியீட்டின் கீழ் 5 வருடங்கள் நிரந்தர சேவையைப் பூர்த்தி செய்த ஊழியர்கள் www.doenets.lk இணையத்தளத்தினூடாக 2026 செப்டம்பர் 14 முதல் ஒக்டோபர் 09 வரை விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
- Salary Code: MN 2-2025
- Monthly Salary Scale: Rs. 48,470 – 10×540 – 11×630 – 10×1,010 – 10×1,190 – Rs. 82,800 (applicable from January 1, 2027, under Public Administration Circular No. 10/2025).
- Terms of Appointment: The appointment is permanent and pensionable, subject to a 1-year probation period.
- Mandatory Service: Selected officers are required to serve a minimum of 3 years at their initial workstation.
- Current Employment: Must be a confirmed, permanent employee in the Western Provincial Public Service drawing salary under the Primary Level (PL) category or the MN 1-2025 salary code.
- Service Period: Must have completed at least five (05) years of active and satisfactory continuous service in a permanent post as of October 09, 2026, without disciplinary punishments.
- Educational Qualifications: Passed G.C.E. (O/L) in not more than two sittings in six (06) subjects with at least two credit passes, including Sinhala/Tamil/English and Mathematics.
- Ineligibility / Exclusions: Casual, temporary, semi-technical, or project employees, as well as staff from statutory boards and corporations, are not eligible to apply.
