Eastern Province Inter-Zonal Annual Teacher Transfer Proposals 2027 (2026)

The Provincial Department of Education, Eastern Province has officially published the proposed name list for Inter-Zonal Annual Teacher Transfers for 2027 (2026). Formulated under directive EP/20/01/04 by Provincial Director of Education S.R. Hasanthi, these transfer recommendations strictly comply with the National Teacher Transfer Policy, the Eastern Province Teacher Transfer Policy, and resolutions reached by the Provincial Teacher Transfer Board comprising recognized teacher trade union representatives.

The released list covers inter-zonal transfer allocations across multiple education zones including Akkaraipattu, Batticaloa, Batticaloa West, Batticaloa Central, Kalkudah, Kalmunai, Paddiruppu, Sammanthurai, Thirukkovil, Trincomalee, Trincomalee North, Mutur, and Kantale.

නැගෙනහිර පළාත් අධ්‍යාපන දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව මගින් 2027 (2026) වර්ෂය සඳහා වන කලාප අතර වාර්ෂික ගුරු ස්ථාන මාරු නාමලේඛනය හා අදාළ චක්‍රලේඛය නිල වශයෙන් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කර ඇත. මෙම ස්ථාන මාරු යෝජනා සම්බන්ධයෙන් අතෘප්තිමත් ගුරුවරුන් වෙතොත්, නියමිත ආදර්ශ ආකෘතියට අනුව සකස් කරන ලද අභියාචනා පාසල් විදුහල්පති සහ කලාප අධ්‍යාපන අධ්‍යක්ෂගේ නිර්දේශය සහිතව ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් 2026 නොවැම්බර් 10 දිනට පෙර පළාත් අධ්‍යාපන අධ්‍යක්ෂ වෙත යොමු කළ යුතුය.

கிழக்கு மாகாணப் பாடசாலைகளில் கடமையாற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான வலயங்களுக்கிடையிலான வருடாந்த ஆசிரியர் இடமாற்ற முன்மொழிவுகள் (2027/2026) கிழக்கு மாகாணக் கல்வித் திணைக்களத்தினால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்விடமாற்ற முன்மொழிவுகளில் திருப்தியடையாத ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்களது மேன்முறையீட்டு விண்ணப்பங்களை மாதிரிப் படிவத்திற்கமைவாக பூர்த்தி செய்து, அதிபர் மற்றும் வலயக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளரின் பரிந்துரையுடன் 2026 நவம்பர் 10 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் பதிவுத் தபாலில் மாகாணக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளருக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும்.

Appeals Procedure & Submission Guidelines

• Model Appeal Form: Teachers dissatisfied with the proposed transfer must prepare their appeal strictly in accordance with the provided specimen form printed on both sides of an A4 sheet.
• Mandatory Endorsements: Every appeal form must be duly recommended and signed with official stamps by the Principal of the current school and the respective Zonal Director of Education.
• Submission Method: Completed appeal dossiers must be dispatched exclusively via Registered Post. Hand-delivered submissions or appeals forwarded without proper institutional routing will be rejected.
• Strict Deadline: Appeals must reach the Provincial Department of Education on or before November 10, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
