Key Qualifications & Experience Overview
- Deputy General Manager (Finance & Commercial Operation): Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, or Management (specialized in Accounting & Finance) + Master’s Degree or Associate Membership of a recognized corporate accounting institute + Minimum 15 years managerial experience.
- Manager (Administration & Human Resources): Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Public Admin, Business Admin, or Management (HR) OR G.C.E. (A/L) with Associate/Senior Membership from a recognized HR body + Minimum 12 years managerial experience.
- Assistant Manager (Administration): UGC-recognized Degree in HRM, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Management + Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience.
- Assistant Manager (Scheduling): Degree in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or IT + Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience.
- Legal Officer: Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka + Minimum 3 years active practice or institutional legal experience.
- Senior Stores Officer: Degree in Commerce, Management, or Supply Chain Management recognized by the UGC.
- Transport Officer: Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering, Transport, or Logistics Management, OR NVQ Level 7 certificate in the field with 3 years post-qualifying experience.
- Senior Scheduling Officer (Radio): Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Physical Science, Computer Science, or IT.
- Senior Radio Journalist (Vasantham FM): Degree in Arts, Mass Communication, Journalism, or Media Studies, OR G.C.E. (A/L) with NVQ Level 6 in Journalism and 3 years experience.
- Radio Journalist (Vasantham FM): Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Media Studies, OR G.C.E. (O/L) & (A/L) with NVQ Level 5 Certificate in Journalism.
- Assistant Radio Journalist (Vasantham FM): Passes in 3 subjects at G.C.E. (A/L) in one sitting with credit passes for Tamil, English, and Mathematics (Preference given to Tamil/English/Media Studies background).
- Driver: G.C.E. (O/L) passed in at least 2 subjects with 3 credits + Heavy Vehicle driving license issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic with at least 3 years driving experience.
