• Deputy General Manager (Finance) [HM 1-3]: Degree in Accountancy / Financial Management / Business Administration / Commerce with a relevant Master’s degree OR Associate/Fellow Membership of a recognized Chartered Professional Institute, plus at least 17 years of managerial experience in the public or reputed private sector.
• Deputy General Manager (Technical) [HM 1-3]: Degree in Mechanical / Motor Engineering with Associate Membership of IESL (Chartered Engineer) OR Full (Fellow) Membership of IESL, plus at least 17 years of managerial experience.
• Chief Internal Auditor [HM 1-1]: Relevant degree with a postgraduate qualification/Associate Membership OR Full (Fellow) Chartered Membership, alongside 15 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Assistant General Manager (Vehicle Fleet Maintenance) [HM 1-1]: Degree in Mechanical / Motor Vehicles / Engineering Science with a Master’s degree/IESL Associate Membership OR Fellow Membership of IESL (Chartered Engineer), with at least 15 years of managerial experience.
• Assistant General Manager (Procurement) [HM 1-1]: Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration with a relevant Master’s degree OR Chartered Professional Membership, along with 15 years of managerial experience.
• Manager (Maintenance / Production) [MM 1-3]: Relevant Engineering degree with 4 years of experience and IESL Chartered status, OR NVQ Level 7 with 4 years post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
• Manager (Civil Engineering) [MM 1-3]: Civil Engineering degree with 4 years post-qualifying experience and Chartered Engineer status (IESL) OR Associate Member of IESL with 4 years experience.
• Superintendent (Central Bus Office) [JM 1-1]: Degree in Business Management / Business Administration / HRM / Transport & Logistics Management from a UGC-recognized university.
• Assistant Depot Superintendent (Maintenance) [MA 3]: Relevant engineering degree OR NVQ Level 7 / NVQ Level 6 / NVQ Level 5 with requisite post-qualification experience (5 to 10 years depending on qualification level).

• Age Limit: Candidates should be not more than 45 years of age. (The upper age limit does not apply to candidates currently employed in Government Departments, Provincial Public Service, Government Corporations, or Statutory Boards).
• Recruitment Method: Structured interview process as prescribed by the Board.
• Current Public Sector Officers: Candidates currently serving in Government Service, Corporations, or Statutory Boards must forward their applications through their respective Heads of Institutions.
