The Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka, has issued an official notice concerning the Practical Examination for Biosystems Technology (Subject Code 66) under the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination 2026.
The practical tests are scheduled to take place from October 17, 2026, to October 21, 2026, across 67 examination centers set up island-wide for eligible candidates who sat for the written test paper.

2026 க.பொ.த (உயர்தர) பரீட்சையின் உயிரியல் முறைமைகள் தொழினுட்பவியல் (பாட இலக்கம் 66) பாடத்திற்கான செய்முறைப் பரீட்சைகள் 2026 அக்டோபர் 17 முதல் அக்டோபர் 21 வரை நாடு முழுவதிலுமுள்ள 67 பரீட்சை நிலையங்களில் நடைபெறவுள்ளன. பரீட்சை அனுமதிப் பத்திரங்களை 2026 அக்டோபர் 14 முதல் பரீட்சைத் திணைக்களத்தின் உத்தியோகபூர்வ இணையத்தளத்திலிருந்து (www.doenets.lk) பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ய முடியும்.
Admission Card Issuance and Online Download
- School Candidates: Admission cards have been sent directly to the respective School Principals.
- Private Candidates: Admission cards have been posted to the addresses specified in their applications.
- Online Download Option: Any student who has not received their admission card can download it online via the Department of Examinations website (www.doenets.lk) starting October 14, 2026.

- Visit the official Department of Examinations portal at www.doenets.lk.
- Navigate to the Examinations / Online Admissions section on the homepage.
- Select G.C.E. (A/L) Examination 2026 – Biosystems Technology Practical Admission.
- Enter your National Identity Card (NIC) number or Examination Index Number.
- Verify your personal details, download the admission PDF, and print a clear physical copy for examination day.
