Examination Overview
The Grade 5 Scholarship Examination was conducted on September 15, 2024, with a total of 323,879 students sitting for the exam. Among these candidates, 244,092 were from the Sinhala medium and 79,787 from the Tamil medium. The examination faced scrutiny due to the leak of certain questions prior to its administration, but despite these challenges, the results have now been published.
