Public Health Management Assistant Interview 2026 Overview

The Ministry of Health and Mass Media has officially announced the interview schedule for candidates qualifying under the Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Grade III of the Public Health Management Assistants’ Service – 2021 (2025).

This interview process applies specifically to the third batch of applicants who appeared for the competitive examination conducted by the Department of Examinations on August 31, 2025, and reached merit rank 541 (scoring 142 marks).

මහජන සෞඛ්‍ය කළමනාකරණ සහකාර සේවයේ III ශ්‍රේණියට බඳවා ගැනීමේ විවෘත තරග විභාගයෙන් සුදුසුකම් ලැබූ 3 වන කණ්ඩායමේ (Batch 03) අයදුම්කරුවන් සඳහා වන සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණ 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 24 වන දින පැවැත්වීමට සෞඛ්‍ය හා ජනමාධ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශය කටයුතු යොදා ඇත. මෙයට අදාළ නාමලේඛන සහ කැඳවීම් ලිපි අමාත්‍යාංශය මගින් නිකුත් කර තිබේ.

பொதுச்சுகாதார முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர் சேவையின் தரம் III இற்கு ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்வதற்கான திறந்த போட்டிப் பரீட்சையில் தகுதி பெற்ற 3 ஆம் தொகுதியினருக்கான (Batch 03) நேர்முகப் பரீட்சை 2026 அக்டோபர் 24 ஆம் திகதி சுகாதார மற்றும் வெகுஜன ஊடக அமைச்சினால் நடாத்தப்படவுள்ளது.

Interview Schedule & Venue Details

• Interview Date: October 24, 2026
• Reporting Time: 09:30 AM onwards
• Venue: New Building Premises, Ministry of Health and Mass Media, No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08 (Near Castle Street Hospital for Women).

Important Candidate Instructions

1. Non-Receipt of Call Letter: Candidates named in Annexure 01 who do not receive their hard-copy letter via post are instructed to attend the interview on the scheduled date with all required documents as per the draft notice (Annexure 02).
2. Missing Document Procedure: Applicants facing issues producing any required certificate must present a formal letter issued by their Divisional Secretary confirming the issue, alongside a certified affidavit.
3. Mandatory Attendance: Candidates who fail to present themselves at the specified date and time will be considered to have forfeited their appointment offer.

Required Documents for Verification

Candidates must produce all original documents along with self-attested clear photocopies of each:

• Identity Verification: Valid National Identity Card (NIC), Passport, Driving License, or the Grama Niladhari QR code acknowledgement (if the NIC is currently submitted for renewal).
• Birth Certificate: Original issued by the Divisional Secretariat or District Registrar.
• Educational Qualifications: Original G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L certificates issued by the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka.
• School Leaving Certificate: Original issued by the principal of the last school attended.
• Proof of Residence: Residential Certificate issued by the local Grama Niladhari (DS4 format).
• Affidavit for Name Discrepancies: If there is any spelling or name variation across certificates, an affidavit certified by a Justice of the Peace (JP) or Commissioner for Oaths is mandatory.
