Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership & Management (PGDELM)
ශ්රී ලංකා විවෘත විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ (OUSL) අධ්යාපන පීඨයේ අධ්යාපන නායකත්ව හා කළමනාකරණ අධ්යයනාංශය මඟින් පවත්වනු ලබන අධ්යාපන නායකත්ව හා කළමනාකරණ පශ්චාද් උපාධි ඩිප්ලෝමා (PGDELM) පාඨමාලාව – 2026/2027 සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. මාස 12ක කාලසීමාවක් සහිත මෙම පාඨමාලාව මාර්ගගතව (Online) සිංහල, දෙමළ සහ ඉංග්රීසි මාධ්යවලින් පැවැත්වේ. අයදුම්පත් 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 14 දක්වා මාර්ගගතව පමණක් භාරගනු ලැබේ.
இலங்கை திறந்த பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் (OUSL) கல்விப் பீடத்தினால் நடாத்தப்படும் கல்வித் தலைமைத்துவம் மற்றும் முகாமைத்துவத்திற்கான முதுகலை டிப்ளோமா (PGDELM) கற்கைநெறி – 2026/2027 இற்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. 12 மாத காலப்பகுதியைக் கொண்ட இக்கற்கைநெறி சிங்களம், தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கில மொழிகளில் இணையவழியூடாக நடாத்தப்படும். விண்ணப்பங்கள் 2026 ஒக்டோபர் 14 ஆம் திகதி வரை இணையவழியில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.

Applicants must satisfy the following admission criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree of minimum three (3) years duration (with a minimum of 90 course credits) at SLQF Level 5 from a recognized university; AND
- Must be a Teacher or Principal of a recognized school, an In-service Advisor (ISA), a Teacher Educator, an Officer in the Sri Lanka Educational Administrative Service (SLEAS), an Officer in the Sri Lanka Principal Service (SLPS), a full-time academic staff member of a University, National College of Education (NCoE), Technical College, or Teachers’ College, a Manager of a Teacher Center, or a Lecturer at the National Institute of Education (NIE); OR
- A Head of a recognized educational institution, or any other professional in the field of Education, Administration, and Management acceptable to the Senate; OR
- An equivalent or higher qualification acceptable to the Senate of The Open University of Sri Lanka.

- Complete the digital registration accurately between 14.09.2026 and 14.10.2026.
- Pay the application processing fee of Rs. 1,000/= via bank transfer online or in person at any OUSL Regional or Study Centre island-wide.
