Salary Scales
Successful candidates will receive attractive salary packages under the Management Services Circular 01/2025.
Some senior management positions carry salaries ranging from Rs. 140,640 to Rs. 202,140 together with vehicle, fuel, and other institutional allowances.
Executive and professional positions offer salaries up to Rs. 168,240, while junior management positions offer salaries up to Rs. 122,970. Translator positions carry a salary scale up to Rs. 83,390.
General Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be citizens of Sri Lanka
- Be physically and mentally fit to perform duties
- Be willing to serve anywhere in the island
- Possess the required educational and professional qualifications
- Have completed all qualifications by the closing date
Computer literacy and sound knowledge of transitional justice will be considered added advantages.
Selection Procedure
Shortlisted candidates will be selected through:
- Written Competitive Examination (where applicable)
- Structured Interview conducted by an Interview Panel appointed by the OMP Board
