උතුරු මැද පළාත් සභාවේ අභ්යන්තර විගණන හා පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ අභ්යන්තර විගණන නිලධාරී III ශ්රේණියේ පුරප්පාඩු 04ක් සඳහා විවෘත තරග විභාගය – 2026 මඟින් බඳවා ගැනීමට අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. ගිණුම්කරණය, වාණිජ, කළමනාකරණය, HNDA, CA/CIMA සුදුසුකම් සහිත උතුරු මැද පළාතේ වසර 03ක ස්ථිර පදිංචිය ඇති වයස අවුරුදු 22-35 අතර අයට 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 19 දිනට පෙර ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් අයදුම් කළ හැක.
வட மத்திய மாகாண சபையின் உள்நாட்டு கணக்காய்வு மற்றும் விசாரணைத் திணைக்களத்தின் உள்நாட்டு கணக்காய்வு உத்தியோகத்தர் தரம் III பதவிக்கான 04 வெற்றிடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்கு திறந்த போட்டிப் பரீட்சை – 2026 இற்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. கணக்கியல், வர்த்தகம், HNDA, CA/CIMA தகைமையுடைய வட மத்திய மாகாணத்தில் 3 வருடங்கள் தொடர்ச்சியாக வசிக்கும் 22-35 வயதுக்குட்பட்டவர்கள் 2026 ஒக்டோபர் 19 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் பதிவுத் தபால் மூலம் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
In terms of Public Administration Circular 10/2025, the monthly salary scale assigned under Salary Code: MN 4-2025 is:
Rs. 53,060 – 10×800 – 11×1,190 – 10×1,320 – 5×1,350 – Rs. 94,100/- per month
1. Educational & Professional Qualifications (Possess at least one):
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Commerce, Public Finance & Taxation, Mathematics, or Economics obtained from a UGC-recognized university; OR
- Passing the Intermediate or Licentiate Level examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka); OR
- Passing the Intermediate Examination of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA); OR
- Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA) or Higher National Diploma in Commerce (HNDC) from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE).
2. Age Limit:
- Must be not less than 22 years and not more than 35 years of age as of October 19, 2026.
3. Residency Condition:
- Applicants must have continuously resided within the North Central Province for at least three (03) consecutive years immediately preceding the closing date of applications; OR
- If married to a permanent resident of over three years in the North Central Province, the spouse’s permanent residency can be considered.
- Mandatory Residency Proof: Certified extracts of the Electoral Register and a DS-4 residency certificate issued by the Grama Niladhari and countersigned by the Divisional Secretary.
4. General Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka with sound health and excellent moral character.
- Members of the clergy of any religious denomination are not eligible to apply.
The open competitive examination will be held in Sinhala and Tamil mediums in Anuradhapura. Candidates must obtain at least 40% marks in each individual paper to qualify for the interview.
