• Immediate Delivery to Candidates: Principals must immediately hand over all student result sheets and certificates pertaining to the G.C.E. (O/L), G.C.E. (A/L), and Grade 5 Scholarship examinations, including result revisions following re-scrutiny.
• Mandatory Reverse-Side Certification: School heads must endorse the reverse side of every individual G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L result sheet with their personal signature and the school’s official rubber stamp before issuing it to the student.
• Grade 5 Scholarship Certificates: Certificates awarded for passing or qualifying in the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination must be issued directly to students without any administrative withholding or delay.

To resolve formal audit queries and verify certificate deliveries, a computerized reporting workflow has been launched:

1. Log In to the School Portal: Principals must access the Department of Examinations web system via onlineexams.gov.lk using their assigned institutional username and password.
2. Upload Distribution Statistics: Enter the verification data and statistical figures of all certificates delivered to students within a strict window of one (01) month from the date of circular issue.
3. Generate & Attest Hard Copy: Download the system-generated PDF confirmation sheet, affix the principal’s signature and the school’s official seal, and post/deliver the physical sheet to the Department of Examinations.
