Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) Group has announced an exciting Customer Service Internship opportunity for young individuals looking to kickstart their careers in the telecommunications industry.
The internship program is designed for G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer service operations. Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training at SLT customer service centers, helping them develop essential skills in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Six passes at the G.C.E. (O/L) exam, including Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics, with three credit passes in one sitting.
- Good results in G.C.E. A/L and expecting university entrance will be an added advantage.
Internship Program Details:
- Duration: 8 months with assignments at SLT customer service centers (maximum 6 days per week).
- Allowance: Interns will receive LKR 1,250 per day during the in-plant training period.
- Certification: A completion certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
