Uva Wellassa University (UWU) has opened applications for academic positions in the Department of English Language Teaching under the Faculty of Management. Remuneration and Benefits

The university offers competitive salaries with incremental scales:

• Lecturer (Probationary): Rs. 94,400 – 118,400/month
• Lecturer (Unconfirmed): Rs. 121,340 – 136,040/month
• Senior Lecturer (Gr. II): Rs. 138,980 – 171,320/month
• Senior Lecturer (Gr. I): Rs. 160,520 – 187,820/month
  Additional government-approved allowances will also be provided.
