The Department of Examinations Sri Lanka has officially released the 2025 Grade 5 Scholarship Examination results. Students and parents can now check results online through the official website www.doenets.lk.
According to Commissioner General of Examinations A.K.S. Indika Kumari, the top scorers of this year’s exam have been confirmed.
- In the Sinhala medium, the highest score was 198 marks, achieved by a student from the Galle District.
- In the Tamil medium, the highest score was 194 marks, obtained by a student from the Jaffna District.
These details were announced at a special media briefing held this morning (04).
The Grade 5 Scholarship Examination 2025 was conducted on August 10 at 2,787 centres across Sri Lanka, with a total of 307,951 candidates sitting for the test.
The Commissioner General further revealed that 901 students with special needs also took part in the examination, including 12 candidates who answered using Braille scripts.
