🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Between 21 and 35 years as of 25.09.2026 (Born between 25.09.1991 and 25.10.2005).
- Educational Qualification: A recognized UGC degree in Social Science, Psychology, Philosophy, Criminology, Law, or Social Work.
- English Language Proficiency: Credit Pass at G.C.E. O/L, Simple Pass at G.C.E. A/L, or a recognized 1-year Diploma in English.
- Residency Requirement: Must have maintained permanent residence in the Southern Province for at least 3 consecutive years immediately prior to the closing date (verified by Electoral Register extracts).

📝 Application Procedure
- Visit the official PSC portal at www.psc.sp.gov.lk.
- Fill in all relevant applicant details accurately and pay the non-refundable examination fee of Rs. 1,000/- online using a VISA or Mastercard.
- Submit your online application and download/print the completed application form.
- Do not send hard copies by post. Bring the signed and attested printout along with the examination admission card to the exam hall.
⚠️ Important Instructions for Candidates
- Online applications will strictly close at 6:00 PM on September 25, 2026.
- Do NOT mail the physical application form to the Commission. Retain the printout to be produced at the exam center.
- Candidates must secure at least 40% for each paper to be qualified for the non-mark verification interview.
