NITF is the sole insurer for the Agrahara Medical Insurance Scheme, Motor Insurance, and the sole reinsurer for Compulsory Reinsurance in Sri Lanka.

Key Qualifications
Manager – Agrahara
- Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Master’s Degree or Chartered Professional Membership.
- Minimum 13 years of managerial experience.
Assistant Manager Positions
- Degree in relevant fields such as Accountancy, Commerce, Business Management, Insurance & Risk Management, or Finance.
- Relevant post-qualifying experience required.
Junior Executive (Procurement Officer)
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Accountancy, Transport & Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Record Keeper
- G.C.E. O/L with six passes including Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics.
- Three A/L passes.
- Recognized computer course qualification.
Record Room Helper
- G.C.E. O/L Examination completed.
