The Ministry of Education has announced that applications are now open for the National School Teacher Transfers – 2025 program. Teachers who have served nine (09) years or more in their current school by 30th June 2025 are required to apply for transfers compulsorily.
Application Period:
- Opening Date: 21st August 2025
- Closing Date: 7th September 2025
After submitting the online application, teachers must take a printout of the form and hand it over to their school principal on or before 8th September 2025, along with the following supporting documents:
- Certified copy of the original appointment letter.
- Certified copy of the transfer letter to the current service school.
- Certified copy of the 2025 personal timetable.
- Certified copy of highest educational/professional qualifications (if teaching subjects other than the appointed subject).
- Form TTB/2025/05 (for medical reasons), recommended by a specialist from a government or registered private hospital.
- Any additional certified information required under Section 7.2 of the online application, if not fully included online.
