The Ministry of Education has officially released the annual transfer list for National School teachers for the year 2026. This latest update specifically covers several key secondary-level subjects, providing much-anticipated clarity for educators across the island.
The transfer orders released today include teachers specializing in the following subjects:
- Mother Language (Sinhala/Tamil)
- History
- Civics
How to Access the Transfer List
Teachers can now verify their new placements through the official National School Teacher Transfer (NSTT) portal.
- Visit the Portal: Go to nstt.moe.gov.lk.
- Login: Use your National Identity Card (NIC) number and your registered password.
- View Status: Your transfer order, including the new school assignment and effective date, will be displayed on your personal dashboard.
