කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ නීති පීඨයේ රාජ්ය හා ජාත්යන්තර නීති දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් „රාජ්ය නීතිය පිළිබඳ ඩිප්ලෝමාව (DPL) – මාර්ගගත 2026“ සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. ව්යවස්ථා, පරිපාලන, අපරාධ, මානව හිමිකම් සහ ජාත්යන්තර නීතිය වැනි ප්රධාන ක්ෂේත්ර ආවරණය වන මෙම පාඨමාලාව සිංහල, දෙමළ සහ ඉංග්රීසි මාධ්යයෙන් මාර්ගගතව (ඉඳහිට මුහුණට මුහුණ දේශන සහිතව) සති අන්තවල පැවැත්වේ. නීතිය පිළිබඳ පූර්ව දැනුමක් අවශ්ය නැත. පාඨමාලා ගාස්තුව රු. 100,000/- (වාරික දෙකකින්) සහ අයදුම් ගාස්තුව රු. 1,500/- වේ.
கொழும்பு பல்கலைக்கழக சட்டப் பீடத்தின் பொது மற்றும் சர்வதேச சட்டத் துறை, „பொதுச் சட்டத்தில் டிப்ளோமா (DPL) – ஆன்லைன் 2026“ பாடநெறிக்கு விண்ணப்பங்களைக் கோரியுள்ளது. அரசியலமைப்பு, நிர்வாக, குற்றவியல், மனித உரிமை மற்றும் சர்வதேச சட்டம் உள்ளிட்ட முக்கிய துறைகளை உள்ளடக்கிய இப்பாடநெறி, சிங்களம், தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கில மொழிகளில் ஆன்லைனாக (அவ்வப்போது நேரடி விரிவுரைகளுடன்) வார இறுதி நாட்களில் நடத்தப்படும்.

The Diploma in Public Law builds foundational knowledge across eight major legal fields:
🎯 Who Can Apply
Applicants can qualify through any one of the following:
- 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L or equivalent
- 6 passes at G.C.E. O/L + 2 years relevant experience
- SLQF Level 2 foundation qualification
- NVQ Level 4 + 5 years work experience in a related field
- Completion of relevant certificate courses from the University of Colombo
📝 How to Apply
- Apply online. Visit law.cmb.ac.lk/dpl/ and complete the application form.
- Pay the fees. Settle the application fee (Rs. 1,500) and obtain your payment slip.
- Submit your application. Send the completed application together with the payment slip via email (dpl@law.cmb.ac.lk) or registered post.
- Apply before the deadline. Ensure submission on or before 25 July 2026.
This is an open-access programme — no prior legal background is needed to apply. Make sure your completed application and payment slip reach the Department on or before the closing date of 25 July 2026; late submissions may not be accepted.
