📝 How to Apply
- Obtain the application form. Application forms and full details are available from the Senior Assistant Registrar, PGIIM, 5th Floor, O.P.D Building, National Ayurveda Hospital, Borella during working hours (9.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.).
- Make the payment. Pay the Application Fee (Rs. 2,000/-) and the Examination Fee (Rs. 10,000/-) to Account No. 0092027342 – PGIIM, Bank of Ceylon, Borella Super Grade Branch.
- Submit the receipt. Submit the payment receipt together with your completed application before the relevant closing date for your stream.
Applicants must submit the payment receipt for the deposit made to the PGIIM Bank of Ceylon account along with their application. Note that closing dates differ by stream — Ayurveda and Unani close on 27 July 2026, while Siddha closes on 15 August 2026.
