Bachelor of Social Work Degree Program 2024/2025 – NISD

The National Institute of Social Development (NISD) is now accepting applications for its Bachelor of Social Work Honours Degree Program for 2024/2025.

Key Highlights of the Program:

• Medium of Instruction: Sinhala/Tamil/English
• Duration: Four years (Full-time)
• Course Fee: Free of charge, with only a registration fee of Rs. 35,000

Entry Qualifications:

Applicants who completed their G.C.E. (A/L) Examinations in 2021, 2022, or 2023 in any subject stream and meet the minimum qualifications are eligible to apply.

For applicants intending to study in the medium of English, a minimum of a credit pass (C) in English language at the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination or in the General English subject at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination is required.
