📋 Entry Qualifications
- Applicants must have obtained at least ‘S’ grades for all approved subjects in one sitting at the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination or equivalent examinations conducted by Edexcel (UK) or Cambridge (UK).
- Approved subjects include Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Combined Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Higher Mathematics.
- Applicants must also have obtained a simple pass (‘S’ grade) in G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) English.
💻 Flexible Learning Method
The programme is designed to provide flexibility for students who may not be able to attend regular weekday university classes. Lectures will be conducted 100% online during weekends, allowing students to participate remotely. Practical classes and selected on-campus activities will be conducted at Uva Wellassa University, generally arranged during pre-informed one- or two-week periods of the semester. The university states that lectures and practical sessions will be conducted by a well-qualified and experienced panel of academics.
