Appeals can be submitted online from 7th September 2026 to 21 September 2026 through the SCHOOL LOGIN portal on the official website: onlineexams.gov.lk.

The process should be completed by the Principal of the candidate’s school, using the username and password provided by the Department of Examinations.

Only applications submitted through the school login system will be accepted.
Parents and candidates are advised to contact their respective school principals for assistance with the process.
No manual or postal submissions will be entertained.

⚠️ Important Notice

The appeal window is open only from 7 to 21 September 2026 — no submissions will be accepted outside this period.
Only the School Login method is valid — individual/parent logins, manual forms, and postal submissions are not accepted.
Parents cannot submit appeals directly — the school Principal must complete the process using department-issued credentials.
