Graduate Teacher Recruitment 2026 Interview List Overview

The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has officially released the candidate selection lists for the recruitment of graduates into Grade 3-I (a) of the Sri Lanka Teachers’ Service.

This recruitment cycle covers Sinhala, Tamil, and English medium teaching vacancies across National and Provincial Schools throughout Sri Lanka, based on the competitive written examination held on May 24, 2026.

ජාතික හා පළාත් පාසල්වල පවතින සිංහල, දෙමළ හා ඉංග්‍රීසි මාධ්‍ය ගුරු පුරප්පාඩු සඳහා උපාධිධාරීන් ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගුරු සේවයේ 3-I (අ) ශ්‍රේණියට බඳවා ගැනීමට අදාළ සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණ නාම ලේඛන අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය මගින් නිකුත් කර ඇත. 2026 මැයි 24 වන දින පැවැත්වුණු ලිඛිත විභාගය පදනම් කරගෙන මෙම තේරීම් සිදු කර ඇත. සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණ පැවැත්වෙන දිනය, වේලාව සහ ස්ථානය පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 15 සිට ඔක්තෝබර් 30 දක්වා කාලය තුළ නිල වෙබ් අඩවිවල පළ කරනු ලැබේ.

தேசிய மற்றும் மாகாண பாடசாலைகளில் நிலவும் சிங்களம், தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கில மொழிமூல ஆசிரியர் வெற்றிடங்களுக்காக பட்டதாரிகளை இலங்கை ஆசிரியர் சேவையின் தரம் 3-I (அ) இற்கு ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்வதற்கான நேர்முகப் பரீட்சைப் பெயர்ப்பட்டியல்கள் கல்வி அமைச்சினால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன. 2026 மே 24 அன்று நடைபெற்ற எழுத்துப் பரீட்சையின் அடிப்படையில் இத்தெரிவுகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளன. நேர்முகப் பரீட்சை திகதிகள் மற்றும் இடங்கள் தொடர்பான விபரங்கள் 2026 அக்டோபர் 15 முதல் அக்டோபர் 30 வரையான காலப்பகுதியில் உத்தியோகபூர்வ இணையத்தளங்களில் காட்சிப்படுத்தப்படும்.

How to Check Your Interview Eligibility

1. Visit the official website of the Ministry of Education or your respective Provincial Public Service Commission.
2. Select your province of permanent residence and the relevant recruitment category.
3. Choose your applicable language medium (Sinhala, Tamil, or English).
4. Enter your National Identity Card (NIC) number or Examination Index Number to search for your interview status.
5. Download the official G1 instructions, G2 degree qualification guidelines, and the required F1 document format.
