The Centre for Meditation Research (CMR) at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, has announced the second intake of its Certificate Course on Translating the Science of Happiness and Meditation into Practice. The six-month part-time program, conducted in English, is open for applications until 10th May 2025.
Course Highlights
- Modules Covered: Emotions, Happiness, Meditation, Creativity in Wellbeing, Practical Applications, and Wisdom/Morality.
- Duration: July to December 2025 (Saturdays, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM).
- Eligibility: Degree holders (e.g., professionals, academics, teachers). Undergraduates may apply for specific modules.
- Fees: Free (Application fee: LKR 5,000 for locals / USD 25 for foreigners).
