🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma Qualification: A two-year Diploma in Agriculture from any School of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture) or Advanced Technological Institute.
- G.C.E. (O/L) Requirement: Minimum of 6 passes in one sitting, including 4 credit passes with Science and Mathematics.
- G.C.E. (A/L) Requirement:
- Old Syllabus: Passes in at least 3 subjects in one sitting (Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Pure Maths, Applied Maths, Agriculture).
- New Syllabus: Passes in at least 3 subjects in one sitting (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Maths, Agriculture).
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-diploma experience as a permanent employee in the government or private sector within the field of agriculture.
- Selection Process: Selection will be conducted based on the performance in a written examination and a subsequent interview.

- Download the official application form and information sheet from the faculty website (https://fag.esn.ac.lk).
- Deposit the application fee of Rs. 1,000.00 to Account No: 227-1001-40000-024 at People’s Bank, Chenkalady Branch, payable to the “Bursar, Eastern University, Sri Lanka”.
- Attach the original bank deposit slip to the duly completed application form.
- Submit the completed application form through your Head of Institution to the postal address given below on or before 30.09.2026.
