வட மாகாண அரச சேவையில் கூட்டுறவு அபிவிருத்தி உத்தியோகத்தர் (தரம் III) பதவிக்கான 20 வெற்றிடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்கு திறந்த போட்டிப் பரீட்சைக்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. மாகாணத்தில் வசிக்கும் தகைமையுடைய விண்ணப்பதாரிகள் 2026 செப்டம்பர் 18 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் பதிவஞ்சல் மூலம் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications
- G.C.E. (O/L): Must pass six (06) subjects in one sitting with Credit passes in Sinhala/Tamil/English, Mathematics, and two other subjects.
- G.C.E. (A/L): Must pass three (03) subjects in one sitting, including at least one of the following subjects: Economics, Agricultural Science, Combined Mathematics, Accounting, Business Statistics, or Business Studies.
- Professional Qualifications (Must satisfy at least ONE):
- Diploma in Higher Accountancy / Auditing / Management from NICD Polgolla OR Advanced Course from the Northern Province Cooperative Training Institute.
- Final Stage pass from AAT Sri Lanka.
- Diploma in Accounting or Management from a UGC-recognized university or institute.
- Intermediate Examination pass from CASL.
- 04-year Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA) OR 03-year Diploma in Business Administration (HNDBA) from ATI.
- Residency Requirement: Must have resided continuously in the Northern Province for at least three (03) years out of the last six (06) years immediately preceding the closing date, OR the candidate/parents must be born in the Northern Province with 5 years of continuous permanent residency.

- Pay the examination fee of Rs. 500/= at any Divisional Secretariat in the Northern Province credited to “Secretary, Provincial Public Service Commission, Northern Province”.
