🎓 Minimum Qualifications by Post
👩🏫 Academic Posts (Assistant Lecturer / Demonstrator)
- Relevant university degree, or
- Higher National Diploma (HND), or
- National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) recognised by the UGC or TVEC
- Some posts require relevant professional experience
🗂️ Management Assistant & Hostel Warden
- Passed 6 subjects at G.C.E. O/L including required Credit passes
- Passed required subjects at G.C.E. A/L
- Recognised IT / typing / stenography course (where applicable)
🔧 Technician
- Passed 6 subjects at G.C.E. O/L including 2 Credit passes
- NVQ Level 4 in the relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
🚗 Driver
- Passed 6 subjects at G.C.E. O/L (max 2 sittings) including 2 Credit passes
- Valid Driving Licence from Dept. of Motor Traffic
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Heavy Vehicle Licence for relevant positions
🌾 Farm Manager
- HND in Agriculture or equivalent qualification (min. NVQ Level 5)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience

📆 Age limit: Below 45 years as of the closing date. The age restriction may not apply to applicants already serving permanently in the public service, corporations or statutory boards (subject to conditions in the official notice).
🔒 Selected candidates may not apply for an annual transfer for 6 years from the date of appointment.
