📢 About the Course
The Open University of Sri Lanka has announced a beginner-friendly Short Course in Using Generative AI for Educational Efficiency for teachers, educators, learners and other interested participants. The increasing integration of technology into education has created new opportunities to improve teaching, learning and everyday educational activities. Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) can be used as a practical, creative and time-saving tool by both educators and learners.
This course is designed to provide participants with a practical introduction to Generative AI and help them develop the skills required to use AI tools effectively in educational settings. Participants will learn how GenAI can be used to improve productivity, support lesson planning, simplify content creation, organize educational resources and personalize learning experiences.
💡 The course focuses on practical and hands-on use of Generative AI tools so that participants can apply what they learn in real educational situations.
